EXTENDED CHRISTMAS RETURNS
- Any online orders placed between November 26th 2021 to December 24th 2021 are eligible for our extended Christmas returns. This means you will have until January 14th 2022 to return your order to us for a refund.
- Please note, orders purchased during Black Friday and Cyber Monday are only eligible for online store credit.
- All sneakers must be returned in their original condition with the sneaker box and an outer box for protection purposes. Any returns sent back without an outer box may be refused and sent back to the customer if damaged.
- For 100% guaranteed Christmas delivery please ensure your order is placed no later than 14th December. All items placed after 15th December are not 100% guaranteed for Christmas delivery but we will try our best to process & fulfil orders in time for XMAS! All items are typically received within 1-5 days however this allows time for any unforeseen delays with couriers / deliveries during this busy period.
- Our last working day is Thursday 23rd December, any orders placed before 11:30AM on this date may take up to Thursday 30th December to be delivered due to the Bank Holidays and courier's workload. Orders placed after 11:30AM on Thursday 23rd Decemberwill be processed on Thursday 30th December for delivery between 5th - 7th January. This is due to courier hours being limited during the bank holidays.
